Understand online harms
and abuse

Our organisation was founded in 2014 in response to the tragic loss of Breck Bednar, a 14-year-old boy who was groomed and murdered by an online predator. We work to stop this online abuse from happening again.

Understanding Breck's online abuse story

What to do if you suspect abuse?

We can signpost you towards lots of different organisations that can give you immediate support or advice. In an emergency, you should always call the Police on 999.

Want to help stop online abuse?

Our amazing supporters, known as our Breck Foundation Friends (BFFs) make our work possible. Without them we would not be able to keep reaching children with Breck's story.
